My journey in SSB
When I passed UPAC exam I got a call letter from 4 Air Force Selection Board
Varanasi Cant- 221 002 to report for selection for the SSB at Varanasi JN (CANTT) RAILWAY STATION at 0700h on 27 JAN 10.
Day 1-
When we rich at platform No.9 a representative of this Board in Air Force uniform escort us to Board. Then we entered into PPDT room to fill some forms and to maintain some formalities. After 1 hour when all things are over we are invited to have some breakfast. Then we went to PPDT hall. Then we got our chest numbers. Suddenly a handsome man entered into our hall. Then we came to know he is a Wing Commander named RS Katoch . What a man really he was all my nervousness vanished after here his words. Till I remember his words “OK gentle men at last I like to say one thing ‘life seems so easy but…………” . First he gave us
Then we went to candidate’s room after fresh up we have our dinner and then there was a “fall in” then we came to our rooms and went to bed after a tired day.
Day 2-
We finished our all natural works and then have our delicious breakfast I think that was corn flex with banana and a cup of tea that’s all.
Lots of question in mind what happened next. We all thought the PABT result …………
Then we all went towards the PPDT hall and the last test of phase one began. An officer of Indian army conducted that text. In that text we saw a picture by projector that picture was so confusing I thought that was a car, a people running and lots of people wondering here and there. Another candidate thought that was a conference table and a conference was going on. Then we wrote stories according to our thoughts there after we went towards GD hall with that story papers then after Group Discussion result of first phase declared out of 170 boys 70 boys able to enter to the phase 2.
Others are gone back to there home and we all prepared for the most important test that was a long test. We wrote 16 stories for each slide show and lost of thing like that with in 4 hour. After the exam over we had our lunch and then we are allowed to use everything present there. There was a cafe with computer, a sports room with lots of playing materials, motivation hall with lots of information, TV room was mind-blowing actually I like the candidates mess most. At 4 PM all went to ward Ganga Ghat (Ganga is a holly river of India lots of pilgrims in every year come here for a holly dip) actually I went toward a shop for a shirt with my parents for the interview which was in the next day.
At 6 PM I came back. Then go to the cafe and use net for hour with a cup of coffee. After the dinner and fall in we went to bed with the tired mind and body.
Day 3-
Oh! What a terrific day that was. We all invited for interview oh! I was totally nervousness because that was the first time I face interview in my life, but after interview starts all nervousness vanished out due to that interviewer. What a friendly man that was. But I am so upset because I was not so strong in English and I have to answer the entire question in English. After the interview I went to sports room and then have my lunch and then went to my parent’s guesthouse. I visited a temple that day that was the Bhart Mata temple actually that was not a temple. In that temple a large map of India made with hand work in white marble stone. Lots of posters political and geographical map of India. Lots of memory of India when it was not independent, glad to see all that things and that was one of the best collections of India’s memory. Then I came back and have dinner and after that I and my group children discus about the next day because that was the most challenging day we had to mention cooperation with our group members.
Day 4-
With a new get up uniform of with T-shirt, track pant and shoo all of white color. Then ano
was going on in lots of steps in that there was a command task in which you became a commander of a team and you have to clear the obstacles with your load and group mates. Then a lecturer starts in which we have to say some thing on a topic.
After that we came to candidates mess and have our lunch then watch TV and in the evening I used internet, play TT then have my dinner and then I and my group mates had lots of fun in discussing our school life stories.
Day 5-
Actually that day was rest for us no exam nothing else. I decided to make tour of Varanasi with my parents. We first went to BHU university then Gopinath(lord siv) temple, museum with machine and toils telling us the story of Ramayan( holly book of Hindus like bible), then Ganga Ghat , we ride boat there that was not the machine boat that was hand boat with that boat we observe Ganga Alati and then went to Kashi Biswanath temple after that I came back to camp.
Day 6-
In this last day all prepare for conference and the final result. The conference was for 2 hr, 2 minutes per a boy then our PABT result declared which I cleared. Then 17 of us recommended for the next but I was unfortunate one and my journey in SSB ends at that time.
I think my experience helps lots of candidates who want to be a Pilot in
Indian Air Force

Millions of images found on internet and yellow journalism are fake photos. The are made by various image editing and latest technique such as-
1- They combine the head of most recognizable celebrity with the nude body of a pornography actor.
2- Fake photos can be produced with little effort or resources and don’t require access to the celebrity. Making them a popular option for amateur.

HOW TO REDUCE FATS AND LOOK SLIM IN YOUR BUSY LIFE.
Obesity today ranks as a significant health challenge and studies show obesity to be a major cause of preventable mortality. Obesity refers to a spectrum of problems of excess weight ranging from being mildly overweight to being morbidly obese. Patients with morbid obesity do not tend to respond to medical means of weight loss.
me tips for losing weight are:
1. Pay attentionwhile you eat. Many times, we snack while doing other things such aswatching TV. Without even knowing it, we have consumed a few hundredextra calories. That may not seem like much, but it adds up.
2. Regulateyour meal times. Pick times throughout the day when you can sit downand actually enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner. Stick to thesethis to allow your body to pick up on the times and allow it to getused to processing food at these times.
1. Get in the habit of eating healthily on a daily basis. Eat loads offresh fruit and vegetables throughout the day. This is certainly goingto help with your cravings for junk food and just after a few days youwill be feeling much healthier and fitter.
2. Start and finishyour eating for the day early. Eat breakfast as early as possible, andfinish your day off with an early dinner and a no-eat-after-8pm (forexample)policy. Your body is most active during the daytime, whichmeans that it will burn more calories then than at night.
3. Avoidlate night snacks as they can prevent you from losing weight. As saidearlier, your body is less active at night, meaning that you have agreater chance of turning that slice of pizza into pure fat thanburning it as a source of energy.
4. Eat your vegetables.Vegetables, especially raw ones, burn more calories than those packedin the vegetables themselves. Also, the fiber in vegetables gives asense of fullness.
5. Be honest with yourself. If you know you have a weakness for chocolatechip cookies, buying a two-pound bag to keep in the house may give youmore temptation than you can handle; if you know you do not have a lotof energy in the morning, it can be self-defeating to plan on joggingevery morning before work.
1. Take a walk each and every day! You can start with 15 min and then building to 45min and then an hour an a half! You will be amazed just how quickly you will see results—not just in your weight loss, but your overall sense of well-being. Regular exercise limits stress and anxiety and there is also the bonus that you could walk in some really beautiful places.
2. Watch no more than 2 h of TV a day. Studies have shown that adults who watch more than 2 h of TV per day take in 7% more calories and consume more sugary snacks than those who watch less than an hour a day.
3. Take five (thousand) extra steps a day. A typical person takes about 5000 steps per day between going to work, running errands and doing chores around the house.Doubling that number can have significant health benefits: higher ‘good’ HDL cholesterol levels, lower blood pressure, improved glucose control, of course, a lower number on the weighing scale. Walking more steps per day also leads to a lower percentage of body fat and slimmer waists and hips.
4. Drink at least eight glasses of water per day. Water is not just a thirst quencher―it actually speeds the body's metabolism. No calories are ingested when drinking water, instead calories are used. Try drinking a glass before meals and snacks and before consuming sweetened drinks or juices.
5. And finally, stand up for your goals.

WHY DO WE FORGET MOST OF THE DREAMS WE SEE?
A dream is the unconscious minds way of sifting and erasing all unwanted material collected during the day. It is dimply a jumble of unconnected images thrown up randomly in the brain as we sleep. The average seven to eight hours that we spend on bed is not actually a big interval of sleep, but a patch work of cycles of non-rapid eye movement (NREM) and rapid eye movement (REM). We sleep in the NREM phase. This process continues all night and we quickly forget the dream with each passing phase. However it is only the dream seen in the last REM phase before walking up that we remember. This is just a part of whole dream seen during the night and since we cannot correlate it with the other parts. We get confused and can’t remember that we had dream.

HOW TO PROTECT YOUR CHILD FROM INTERNET
Talk to your children about internet, both the positive and the potential dangers.
Be aware of the computer the child might be using, be it the family desktop, or the PC at school, or a laptop they might have access to.
Keep computers in an open area like a passageway or the living room. This way, the patent can keep an eye on what is happening and supervision is easily possible.
Know more about the internet. The parent should know not just the basics of the internet but much more. Visit child-friendly websites and bookmark them for the child to access easily.
Know the various chat rooms and chat programs available on the net.
Activate all the “Safe Search” options in Google, Yahoo! etc. to prevent the child from being exposed to objectionable content.
Install parent control software. Many operating systems (such as Windows 7) and personal antivirus applications (like Kasper-sky) have parent control modules. However, also consider specific parental control software like Netnanny or Kidswatch because these are more intuitive.
Instruct the child to never give out any information on the internet irrespective of the simplicity of the information, such as city or locality. If someone asks for information, ask the child to inform the parent or a trusted adult.
Never respond to an unsubscribe option on a spam email. If you or your child receives a message that is harassing, of a sexual nature, or threatening, forward a copy of the message to your ISP, and ask for assistance.
Internet account should be in the parent’s name with parents having the primary screen name, controlling passwords and using blocking and/or filtering devices.
Children should not complete a profile for a service provider and children’s screen names should not identify the profile as that of a child.
Talk to parents of your child’s friends in order to gain better understanding of what the children might be doing in net.
Teach children not to open mail from someone they don’t know.
Talk the children about what to do if they see something that makes them feel scared, uncomfortable, or confused. Remind children to tell a trusted adult if they see something that bothers them online.
Never allow your children to meet someone from an online session without parent approval.
It is important to let one’s children explore and learn from the internet but equally, one needs to keep one’s loved ones safe…………..

BLACK MONEY
Black money is concealed income which has evaded taxation. According to Wanchoo Committee it denotes not only unaccounted currency which is either hoarded or in circulation out side disclosed trading channels, but also its investment in gold, jewellery,
and even precious stones made secretly, and land and buildings and business assets over and above the amount shown in the books. It is a threat to national economy as it finaces smuggling and other illegal business activities.
Magnitude: According to the majority report of the committee it amounted to Rs. 1400 corers in 1968-69. but according to Dr. Rangnekar, a dissenting member, it came to Rs.2833 corers it is growing at the rate of 12% per annum as against 11% of the legitimate national income in terms of money value.
Loss of Rs.1000 corers every year by way of tax revenues.
Total value of transactions financed by black money reaches the staggering figure of 1400 corers according to Dr. Rangnekar, i.e. about half the total volume of transactions in the nonagricultural sector.
How created: Concealment of income by big business, professional people like doctors, contractors and other self-employed persons. Also by entrepreneurs wishing to buy an import licence in black market or to plough back more money into their enterprises without paying taxes.
How it runs parallel economy: Used for buying smuggled or scare materials in black market, for buying import licences, for bribing the various government officials connected with factories, constructing luxury apartments and thus playing havoc with the national economy. It circulates inside the parallel economy in a closed circle. The possessor of black money may sell an import licence at a premium and loan out the amount at high rate of interest to finance smuggling or purchased lf scarce materials in black market. The recipient likewise has to dispose of his black money in another clandestine transaction. And so it goes on.
How spent: used to buy gold, jewellery, real estate spent on luxury living and above all, in financing the parallel economy.
Ways to bring it into the legitimate market and check further growth: As recommended by Wanchoo Committee rate of taxation should be lowered particularly on the highest slabs of income, number of economic controls should be reduced.
Step taken by the Government: The Government is empowered to acquire at recorded price any property suspected of having been grossly undervalued to escape wealth tax, capital gains etc. Indian Registration Act being modified to ensure compulsory registration of any deal pertaining to flats in a building owned by a cooperative housing society.
The owner of a property in ‘benami’ name will not be able to enforce his claim in a court of law unless the income from the property has been declared tax authorities.
More steps needed: Savings and investments upto a certain limit be exempted from taxation. The loss in revenue will be more than made up by increase in savings.
Current be demonetized so that the parallel economy is disrupted. In the meantime other measures to check the growth of black money be taken.
Black money has created a vicious circle in which every increase in taxation is followed by further tax evasion and this again compels the Government to go in for higher tax rate. This circle has to be broken. Black money is a cancerous growth; says Wancloo Committee, which if not checked will surely lead to the economy’s ruination; we must act while there is time………………………..

SUCCESS AT ARMS DISTANCE
Why we people want success?
The only and big cause is to be happy and to have comfortable life and secondly to enhance confident level . That's why we people want cusses.
Some people make an unusual meaning of this statement SUCCESS AT ARMS DISTANCE that you should mentai0n a distance between you and success. But the truth is that sucess is always at the next Dore . We should make a path to achive it successfully and comfortably.
At first we should sure our selves that .......... what I like to be. Because 99.9% of people don't know what they like to be. I like to give an example, there was a boy who prep. for B.tech one day he heard some one song and suddenly decided to be a singer. I like to say this type of people never be a successful man in life.
To achive this we have to work hard, but in a proper direction. For eg. one day my friend com to me and said, "I am preparing so hard to be a singer". Then I ask HOW? He said that he did sirsasan everyday. But this is not the right way to be a singer in life.
And the last but not the least that to keep presence. The is a good story on this........ One day some monkey decided to have a mango three of their own. And that was a good idea because they eat mango when the want, then they do so but after implanting the tree they make a circle around this and waiting for the mango. After one and half hour nothing will happen there is no mango in the tree suddenly one monkey came and threw it away.
SO IF WE WORK PROPERLY THEN WE MUST ACHIVE THE SUCESS. BECAUSE THIS IS AT ARMS DISTANCE.
